Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING/HANDLING

 

We have small team that ships orders Monday – Friday (we are not open on weekends or holidays).  Most orders ship out within 48 hours.  This depends on when purchased, if there are holidays or weekends and what the item is.  This does not a guarantee that they will ship in 48hrs, just an average of when they will ship.  All of our LED hoops are made to order, a process that takes 7-10 business days depending on the amount of orders we have coming in at the time. Your patience is greatly appreciated throughout this process!

 

We are happy to ship orders via USPS Priority Mail for a small fee. This allows your items to arrive within 1-3 days of shipment. Just choose Priority Mail at checkout.  If you choose priority shipping, this only means the method of shipping.  It does not apply to handling time.  We still need time to make your items.  Depending on what you purchase it could take 2 to 10 business days to process the order.  If you have any questions about handling time on a specific item, please email us to find out how long it will take.  

 

 

We are happy to provide hoops and supplies for hoopers all over the world, and do offer international shipping. International orders heading to major cities typically take 10-15 days to be delivered, but once we drop orders off at the post office, the delivery time is truly out of our hands. Priority International (6-10 day quote) and international tracking numbers are an option and can be added to your order for a charge.

Refund/Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products: Some items are sold as is & cannot be returned. However at our sole discretion after 7 calendar days of customer receiving the package, we may make exceptions and offer an exchange or refund. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

  • -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

  • -must not be a special order or a custom order

  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us incorrectly or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
